I got my haircut last week by my Aunt, Cherie. Today Lucy went to her friend's birthday party.

Well done Lily! So pleased you got a special award. Glad Spinnie is not real - looks huge. Your hair must be easier to manage with all the swimming and heat, but I'm glad it isn't too short, so that you can grow it again if you decide to. Thanks for the postbox reminder! Good to know about Lucy and her friend's party. How is Josie enjoying life? Here, the birds are getting hungry, and I need to clean the feeders ready for the very cold weather which is forecast for next week. The leaves are coming down and collecting in great drifts, but the colours have been super - my huge birch tree was all gold in the sunshine. What do you do when not at school - apart from write very good blogs? Nana x

ReplyDeleteWe're having fun at school. It's golden time today and we're going to have a den building competition. We've been doing hard work. It snowed here on Tuesday and we built little snowmen. We've got a new girl in school called Alice. You might know her because she goes to Rainbows. We miss you Lucy. We're missing you lots and lots.

Hello this is Lucy. We have got two weeks of swimming on every day of the week. The pool is outside and we go in the deep pool. We do ring-a-ring-a-rosie and at the end we sit down on the bottom of the pool!

I'm amazed because I'm in the pre-primary class! I have to learn all the letters all over again! My class is doing Assembly in a few weeks. We're doing two songs.
Josie is annoyed that she is missing the snow! Here there's loads of sandflies, mosquitoes and:FLIES FLIES FLIES! But the beach is really nice.

Hello Lucy. Alice is in P2 too. We're all missing you too. Cameron, Josef, Yasmin, Robbie, Brendan and Rhianna won the den building competition in their team. We're learning about time in maths. It's half past 12 in Scotland just now and we are just about to have lunch. What time is it in Australia? We've got lunch monitors now and they have to make sure that the tables are clean and tidy. We're doing about weather now. What temperature is it in Australia? What's the weather like? It's cloudy in Scotland. P1 made a Geraldine the Giraffe video yesterday. We'll put it on the web-site so you can see it too. We are also doing songs for the Christmas concert and Tommy and Elanor are Mary and Josef. But no kissing!

Hello gorgeous girls, it's lovely to catch up on some of your news. We were hoping to Skype you this morning but I can't find the tablet and have lost or packed the camera... grr! In NZ it's a beaut sunny morning and we've been eating pancakes with lemon, brown sugar, maple syrup and banana. We have an open home this afternoon so our house will soon be looking unusually tidy!!
